A series of drills and physical tests that potential draft picks undergo each year before the NFL Draft. It's designed to assess a player's physical abilities and readiness for the NFL. Here are some of the physical tests conducted at the NFL Combine:
Bench Press:This test measures upper body strength and endurance. Players are required to lift as many repetitions of 225 pounds as possible.

20-Yard Shuttle Run:This test measures an athlete's agility and ability to change direction quickly. Players sprint back and forth between cones placed 5 yards apart.

In addition to these physical tests, players also undergo measurements of their height, weight, wingspan, and hand size. NFL teams use this data along with game film and college performance to evaluate potential draft picks.
